Hi friends, My niece was requested to join a company before her college end date. Is it Ok to join before the college end date? Will, it does not create any question when she moves to big companies like TCS, Wipro? Can the company force her to join early?

There should not be any such problem due to early joining so long as it does not clash with the academic schedule, particularly the examinations. Hope the organisation is allowing exam and preparatory leave.
