Conflict of Interest Policy.

I am seeking advise to draft a policy for conflict of interest in recruitment , wherein the recruiter also applies as a candidate for a particular position .

I have prepared the draft as below

This includes situations in which a recruiter or an employee who is assigned as member of selection team for the job fails to disclose to the hiring manager or interviewer(s) that he/she has an interest in the job opening and will be a potential applicant for the job and should therefore not be involved in the recruitment process. In the event of the recruiter or the member of the selection team fails to disclose their interest prior to the interview the hiring manager can reject the candidate sighting to potential conflict of interest as means of unfairness to the recruitment process and in response to the other candidate applying for the job.
