Hello Team,
Due to this Covid-19 scenario, my company said there is no productivity form my end and have asked to go for LOP for the rest of the time till lockdown is off.
However I did not like the idea and resigned the company, and after that the Director had a call with me and said he was just playing around and asked me back if I shall take back my resignation. I still did not take back my resignation and they have asked when I want to be ny last day, I said it shall be that particular date only.
So I was released then and my official email ID was deleted right away.
Later I found that the official email id was linked to one of the LinkedIn premium license and as they deleted my official id the premium was shifted to my personal ID. So they asked me my personal Linkedin Information and as a loyal employee I shared the details to HR, later I found they had misused my personal ID and made some changes without my prior permission.
I spoke to them and took back hold of my privacy, and said I shall not share my personal information again as it was misused.
Later after few days I got a call from HR and they said they will deduct the licence amount from my salary.
Till then I had office laptop with me and I said to HR, I will return the company assests once I get my full salary.
Now they are harrassing me and asking me my personal information of LinkedIn and want company's laptop then only they will give me full and final settlement.
Please let me know what I shall do now,
I am unwilling to share my personal credentials again and cannot trust company if they will pay my salary back once I return them the assests.
However I am willing to share Laptop but still unwilling to share my personal Linkedin credentials.
Please help me out in this what shall be done next.

Hi,
Once you have resigned it's your prerogative to whether or not to withdraw the resignation already submitted. Having done so it's your primary responsibility to return the co's assets and obtain a NO DUE from the concerned, file your claim forms for final settlement and await, may be a month after lock down, as and when revoked. In this tricky situation when every one is bogged down as a result of 'COVID-19' you have no option than to await things to fall in place.
