Hi to all, let me introduce myself please, my name Bambang, am from Indonesia.
Nowadays, I got a new responsibility to lead new department named Training and Development.
My superior doesn't give a specific job description as he just convey this decision from company owner.
Can you tell me what the organization structure in my department should be ?
I would develop my department but I should get a benchmark from others.
At first, I will assign 2 people as my subordinate as Training Officer to prepare all training matters and Development Officer to do development matter.

i appreciate all my fellows comments..but first of all to run T & D dept try to find out the focus of your organization regarding Training & development of employees..then conduct TNA and get an approval of t & d budget,..then priorities the needs identified in TNA employees worth wise then execute the way you get approvals or the setup ur organization hav
