Can you plz let me know how to conduct assessment center? How to prepare annual goal setting, mid-term review and annual review? How to calculate annual increments and confirmation for an mining company with a strength of 35 staffs?

If you have just strength of 35 then you do not need Assess Centre but well-designed Performance Management System (PMS). It appears that you have mistaken PMS or even Performance Appraisal (PA) for assessment centre. You may click the following link to know more about the Assess Center:
