Dear KR,
You did MBA-HR and it is taken that you have in-depth knowledge on HR matters. What you would have to equip yourself for the ensuing interview depends on what type of employer they are. You are sure to be questioned on, recruitment, training, probation, performance appraisal, Departmental Inquiry, retrenchment, various labour laws, records and registers to be maintained, licences to be taken, returns to be submitted etc. EPF/ESIC, Bonus, gratuity, Maternity Act, leave rules, workmen compensation etc. are other important subjects. Similarly Salary calculation, TDS/IT, basics of CTC, PT, contract labour, IT related issues, Provisions reg. sexual harassment in work places also you should be thorough. I think you got enough time to prepare well. If you would need any specific information you may ask. Almost all information are provided in this forum at various dates with various topics, use the search option to find them which will help you to learn more. All the best.
