recently i redefined the whole policies of larger IT Companies. The existing was developed by their own HR's. But it continued to several contraries & controversies. I redefined by referring several laws, judgments, industrial protocols & researches. It took fortnight to conclude it. So developing policy is a very big & key important development, to be done with consultation of your in-house counsel or panel advocate.
