Who all should sign in a Share Certificate when we are issuing? Is the M.D.'s signature is enough or should it be signed by someone else also?

Hi Nayeem, Share Certificates are usually signed by the Company Secretary and either the Managing Director OR Chief Financial Officer. Regards, Harsh
