Designing a induction program is very critical task.Please consider following points
1) Company information in terms of when it was started?registered offices etc
2) Company's vision,mission statement.
3) Organizational chart with names of top notch people
4) Product line
5)Market capitalization
6) How company has grown ? what are future plans? etc
7) various employee policies in terms of medical,leave etc
You can use this as basic guideline to start with.hope i was of some help.
