Hi ! One of my friend is working with a Manufacturing co. in Mumbai. There they want to introduce the Online Induction Program for the new joinees. The purpose of this is to include all the topic which can not be covered in general staff induction due to mass number & time limit. Therefore, management wants to introduce online induction program for every department where the details information about the organisation & department is available.
For this I need your help as he has asked me to suggest the PROCESS & TOPIC FOR ONLINE INDUCTION PROGRAM. Also suggest the forms & formats for Evaluation of such program.

dont be limited to substitution of media from face to face Vs online.
focus on building a list of FAQs on HR, and other related info on intranet.
you dont need to share evrything with evryone. let them know ehere the info is avl on intranet and contact HR in case of difficulty...
i have myself reduced training times from 1 month to a few days...
