Under A.P factories Rules,1950
Form Prescribed Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 7
12.Notice of change of Occupier or Manager :
(1)The occupier of every factory shall,with in seven days of any change in the manager of any factory,send notice thereof in Form No.2-A to the Inspector.
(2)Every new occupier of a factory shall, within seven days of the change of occupation, send notice thereof in Form No. 2-A to the Inspector.
12-A.Exemption from Section 7-A(3) : -
All the Factories in which less than Three Hundred workers are employed shall be exempted from the provisions of sub section (3) of section 7-A of the Act.
Provided that this exemption shall not apply to cases where Chapter IV-A relating to hazardous processes apply.
The exemption is applicable to Galvanizing & Fabrication of Tower Structures Company where we have only 250no people employed.
How to now that my company is hazardous process or not ?
Please advise me.
