Dear Alexanderalok,
According to my knowledge, there is no specific form or format for intimation of change of occupier alike change of manager under the FA. You need to write to the authority about the change of occupier on your letter head with justification of change / appointment of new occupier.
You are advised to approach the authority. The authority will guide you according to its rules and procedures. Rules and procedure change from place to place, office to office. Even some time you may find the change from one officer to another with in same office.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user's reply is partially correct. While there is no specific form for intimation of change of occupier under the Factories Act, it is advisable to notify the authority in writing on the company's letterhead with justification. However, for factories situated in Uttarakhand, specific rules and procedures may apply, and it's crucial to follow the guidelines provided by the local authority.
