Hi,
I am Jyoti. From past 6 Months I am working with a Consultancy as a IT Recruiter. Today(15th Feb 2012) I resigned from my post as I got a better Opportunity from a recruitment Company. But my HR is not accepting my Resignation letter because As per their Company policy (For me its a consultancy) i have to give 1 Month notice period before leaving but I gave two weeks notice period. They didn't told me anything about these leaving norms at the time of joining.
Even I didn't get my appointment letter also. They told that they will provide my Offer letter After 3 Months of Probation Period But its almost 6 Months over.
My new Company is Ready to accept me with Joining letter and Experienced letter.
After my resignation My Leaders behavior is totally changed they are not giving any new requirement to me and they are behaving rudely to me.
Please Help me...

I would suggest that to talk with senior person regarding above described matter & get some solution from him.
as there is another option to lieu your 1 month's salary & leave company.
But be sure that you get offer letter from your new company as it's more important.

Dear Jyoti,
Why you have put up paper with out receiving the offer letter from yr future employer. You should not.
In very first day of resignation it happens, wait some more time & they will behave properly. Its human behaviour.

Jyoti you should briefly discuss with your seniors about this issue. And even after 6 months of your joining if they had not issued offer letter and appointment letter then obviously they wont give you experience or relieving letter as well.If they don’t give you relevant answer then leave the company and join somewhere else.

in this situation i probably suggest you, no any company hold any one if he or she get better opportunity than current one,,,,New company you are joining tell them the exact situation this is also helpful you in future action....if possible handle the situation politely,,,,,i know you can do it.....
