Hi,
Need Suggestions please:
In any firm, the time devoted doesn't matter. All that matters is the productivity. What kind of HR and leave policy will you formulate to ensure discipline and time line working along with the increased productivity?

Dear Villis,
You have to first formulate the time adherence policy which should be put into force. This ensures that an employee is forced to work or complete his/her work hours. Again this alone will not ensure you the productivity. You have to facilitate lot of steps like employee engagement along with employee motivation, etc..
Keep a assessment and review program and periodical TNA's (Training Need Analysis), by formulating these would definitely ensure a rise in production or increase in productivity.
