You cant take work from a woment after 7'o clock in the evening...and if it is urgent then you should inform her first and you have to give her double payment.you cant take work from any employe more than 48 hrs in a week..

Dear Prashanth, please dont build up a culture wherin your employees feel sad and conmstipated.. we should realise that employees hav thier personal space after office too..

Please refer your State Govt. Guidilines for employing women after 7:00 PM. In Haryana, you have to apply seperately to get the such permission and that is based on the Precautionary measures that a company has to take.
