    Nice Mr. S Sethupathy
Please accept my sincere appreciations for your initiations and act of deed.
Please give 2 days for each and every act, so that you can cover all the materials of concerned act one by one. If you hasten up then it will be difficult for everyone to get acquainted with your speed and we will omit some portion (as we do for exams - only preparing the important questions and answers and never read the full contents of the Text books) (In Tamil there is a saying as Nuni pul maeyura Maadu the cow which eats only the edge of the grass) and in hurry no one will read the acts, rules, articles, Govt Notifications, Important Judgement on concerned act, forms and formats, general points, etc., which is must for us to read.
While uploading please bear it mind that the articles uploaded are not a copy righted materials which will attract legal action against us.
Thank you for sharing your possessions.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user's reply contains some valid points about the importance of not rushing through the materials and being cautious about copyright infringements. However, there is no legal requirement to spend a specific amount of time on each act, and it's crucial to share accurate and relevant information. Additionally, it's essential to respect copyright laws when sharing materials.

  • Dear Boss,
    I agree with you.
I wish to mention one more saying again from Tamil "Oru khai thatenayal Osai varathu" which means you can't clap with single hand.
I request the fellow members to make comments on the contributions and add colour to this with their contribution.
    I hope you understand this.
Nevertheless, I am keep on adding few more files on the App Act,and I request the freshers to download all the contents posted by me and other senior members for their future reference.

  • Dear Mr. Sethupathy,
Good Moring and you are doing an excellent service to the H.R society.
I have a doubt here and I request you to clear the same.
Earlier women employees were not allowed to work after 7.00 PM and the same was in force, some of the industries (in particular garment industries at Tirupur) had filed a writt and got a sanction to work beyond 7.00 Pm if they follow conditions stipulated in the juedgment.
Of late I have read in Dinamalar News paper that the court hadgiven a judgement that women employees are allowed to work in the night.
I request you to send me the copy of the judgement for my reference.
    Thanks and Regards

  • Dear Narayanan,
The New modification in TN Factories Rules stipulate the following conditions to employee women workers in night shifts.
-The management must ensure all safety measures for the women employees in the night shifts
-A clear route map -with distance from factory - to pickup and drop facilities arranged.
    - Details of the Bus/Van used with RC book copies and Drivers details and time of operations.
    - Consent letter from women employee to agree for night shift works.
-Details of Security Personnel accompanied in the transport.
with all the above you have to apply to Chief Inspector of Factories for approval order.
I am searching for this notification, mean while I am enclosing few files on Women in Night shifts.
