Because you have good expereince how this naukri business works then you ask some financer to sponsor your project to register this jobsite and start earning............
I believe your expereince has limited options in the market at present where recruitment is temporarily freezed, therefore you have good time to build your case and before economic boom comes be prepare...

Thats luvly that you got so much potential in technicalities from HR point of view.
Its good idea to Generalist area..
Its very interesting.
Why dont you do some short term HR courses in Generalist area.
I too have done one from banglore (www.hrhouse.com)
They give us completed practical training in HR Generalist area..like :
How to fix components in appointent letter as per the law, Payroll Processing, Training & development, labour Law compliance..( from A to Z )
Its very useful, as evn i have done the same.
Check out if thr r such institures in Deli area..
Its just a 1 month course,but helps you in knowing Generalist profile.
