hello ,
we had an officer who visited our company from labor department , and asked a few basic questions of whether we have kept the documennts clear, and also asked if the basic , HRA , payslips all in place.
he asked to go online and do all the necessary things.
please explain what are the key most important things which i have to do as an HR in the company,
and secondly please suggest me the salary formula in percentage which is very confusing ( as its been vry differently expalined ) by various seniors here.
thanks and regards ,
Shireen
