For Punjab Shops and establishment act, you can purchase a small booklet from any stationory shop that stores such articles as registers of any act etc....
This booklet has a list of all the required documents

Hi, I wanted to check that we are a US MNC and have a small manpower of 8 people. We have started our operations in June 09 in India. Just wanted to check if we have to pay this fee of INR 5000 for registration under Punjab Shop and establishment act at haryana as well or not?
