Dear All,
I am working in a BPO & we would like to extend our business in the other remote places in south India. We have identified few places in education institutes; since this is the first business out side the city I need your suggestions & guidance in legal aspects from HR as well as Management.
I have few points to bring to your notice;
1. Can we start our business in the education institutes.( we would be using their building, power, internet, possibly their systems for rent)
2. What all the contract procedure should be followed.
3. Should we register our company with any local registrar.
4. Can we continue our present PF & ESI registration for outside franchise., and also other registrations like Service Tax, VAT, PT, Company incorporation .
5. Can we continue the permissions availed under Shops & Establishment act.
Would appreciate early reply in this regard.
Thanks & Regards,
Abhiman

AS far as Shops & establishment act is a state subject and for every establishment even within a city you have to obtain separate license. You can't rely on the licence issued to you under the shops and establishment for any other establishment

thanks,
i got solved my queries:
as u said we need to take a separate registration for each office under shops & establishment, PF could be continued in the same registration for all over india and we should take a sub code for ESI if the office is located in different location.

Hello,
I have a query. I have a Head Office in Khar, and we have opened a branch office at Santacruz. Do I still need to have a different Shops and Establishment Certificate for the same? Please guide me
