This is Sudha here from Hyderabad. I need a help from you all and it is very urgent. Please help me guys...! I am planning to set up a manpower consultancy in Hyderabad. Though I am able to get some relavant information about this but could not get a clear idea of exactly what is the procedure. After deciding on the place, infrastructure, capital, building a team, etc....what have to be done next???? I think we need to get our firm registered, right???? I am not sure guys....so please help me with this. If the registration of the consultancy need to be done, then what is the process for that....and after finishing the registration what else I would have to do?? What do you guys think that what would be the best way for popularizing the consulatncy and what would be the factors which we have to consider for making the business grow??? Guys please.......help me. I have asked for this help once before also but could not get much information about this. This is very urgent friends......I think this is the only means where I can get such help without any difficulty....please help me!!!!

Fist of all u might have decided the name of the company then go for...Registration
Secondly, make u r company's website & host it...so that u have a medium to communicate
Make a process doc which will explain how will u get the leads...
Brain stormin with the team would help u
Make contact to all the HR's u knw...and collect their requirements...so then u will be havin a objective to search
With the HR's u can tie up to providing resources..
U can also think of innovative..in ur recruitment policy.
