Hello to all of you, I just wanted to go for the ph.d in human resource management but the thing is that I am not aware of the thing that which topic I should choose for the research. Can anybody guide me and from where can I get the material for the details about that topic. I am so confused. I am much interested in a topic PPM (Principles of Personal Management). Is there any coaching classes available for the Ph.D. entrance exams.
Can you help me out for the same. Waiting for the positive and quick response form you all.

Dear Anu,

The eligibility criteria for Ph.D. in India is from UGC recognized universities is needed. The aspirant who willing to do Ph.D. in any stream, must have to hold master degree 1st Class or for appearing candidate after result declaration must have to get such percentage marks as require, mention in the Pre-registration test application. After submission of the registration form for Ph.D PRT( Pre Registration Test), must have to prepare for general objectives type questions, optional subject related objective type questions and also optional theoretical/subjective type question in which subject the candidate hold master degree and willing to pursue Ph.D. The syllabus of Ph.D. is similar to NET. So, kindly join the classes where NET coaching is being taught. The no. of questions and duration of exam may vary from one university/institute to other. Please check the university/institute where in you are applying.
After passing the PRT test the candidate have to select topic & make enroll with the registered/permanent faculty of such university/ institute who hold doctorate (Ph.D.) degree. And then after the assent of faculty/teacher make synopsis and approve it through the concern university/institute approving authorities. After getting approval of topic make registration for Ph.D. Pursuation. After registration, the thesis/research should need to complete within the specified time, and submit to the concern approving authorities for receiving Ph.D. degree.

One more thing I want to ask If I will go for the Ph.d from Noida International University then it will be fine. Means I want to ask whether Ph.D. from this University has value or not Because it is a private University and I am very much confused that whether I should go for the same or not.
