Hello!
I am an MBA HR with 3 yrs of experience. I have started my career as recruiter in a consultancy. After that it was very difficult to swap into HR Generalist role. However at present i am associated with a co. as HR executive but the KRA does not include generalist roles moreover my package has also n't satisfactorily increased in the due time. I am facing the most crucial error of "saturated career growth".
I am seeking advice from the experts regarding my further career move.If i should do any short term course or not?
I will be very much grateful if i get the guidance.
Looking forward to hear soon.
Thanks

Hi,
I faced the same situation which you are facing now.You can do one thing ,stay in this company for some time and then ask for the other responsibility other than recruitment.Keep good relation with your senior and take initiative. When you will leave this company format your CV and there you can include hr generalist role Before joining any courses please make sure regarding the placement .Best Of Luck
Thanks

I think you should look long term and if you have good communication skills, ability to understand others viewpoint and convicing skills than you shuld opt for consultant role in Oracle apps hrms functional side.ERP is always top paying jobs and so you can have good future here. Also as Oracle HRMS is popular in Middle-east you can think of abroad too.
As you are currently in IT firm it will easy for you to switch as well in Oracle apps HRMS.
There are ways to get trained in this field and one of the good training institute is educrafters training academy in Pune. They also give online trainings if required.
visit Educrafters Training Academy or mail
