Our company is a pharmaceutical company with 30 field staff. We want to start practicing leave record for them. Please help me.

I believe that the field staff will be submitting their monthly report and in the same monthly report they can mark their leave days and submit to HR for the reimbursement of their daily allowances by that you can get the data and post in the leave register. It will be difficult for the field staff to obtain signatures from their superior and group heads regularly or else you can accept their leave through mails also.
Attach the mail to the leave card / obtain the approvals form their HODs and regularize on monthly basis / allow them to submit their leave card once in a month before closing the salaryh advise.
