Dear Aleha,
Lot of material is available in this forum to on Training Needs Analysis (TNA). You could have done some basic work and uploaded the draft of the TNA on this forum. Some senior like me could have corrected. However, asking TNA for your company is like asking for spoon feeding. Anyway, earlier I have given reply to a query that similar to yours. Before identifying the training needs, you need to identify a goal or end result for each training programme. From this goal, you can derive the training needs. Once these two jobs are over, then the role of trainer starts. Whether internal or external, trainer must attain the goal of the training programme. You must be able to measure what was increased or decreased because of this training.
