You can develop your own format for the preparation of the Annual training schedule. Just think about the following requirements:
1) Prioritization of training topics
2) Number of employees identified (TNI) for each training topic
3) Consider how many trainings should be arranged for each topic within a year
4) Decide the frequency of participants for each training (Max. 25)
5) Decide on training hours as per need
6) Faculty availability
