I have been working with a Manufacturing Company since October. Previously, I worked with a staffing and IT Company. In this current role, my boss assigned me the task of preparing a Competency Assessment and Training Needs Identification (TNI) Form for all employees.

Please assist me in understanding the forms and procedures involved.
