hey gayatri .. i think you should undergo some part time MBA which improves your resume qualities and your experience will help you to fetch HR executive position..
or you can start working with some consulting firm in proper recruitments and further you can enter into generalist profile..

Its good that you have earned some experience there which surely gonna help you in getting good start but for this you also have to earn education. Could you please let us know about your qualification?

I think the idea of doing an MBA with HR specialisation can help you a lot in getting placed in a corporate Co. as HR Executive. By the time you complete the course, you would be having enough experience as well.

Hi Ms. Latha,
I wont suggest you to go for another job atleast for the next 1 year period unless and until you have any serious issue with the current concern. It is a serious matter in terms of Stability of your career. Try to learn as much as possible. Move to another Co. with 2-3 years time gap.

Dear Gayatri ji,
I am very appreciate your working condition apart from your frontoffice works you are looking other works. Come to your quary; you want to shift from this position to "HR-EXECUTIVE" . As if you are already doing all most HR - Executive works. On Job knowledge is first, the professional qualification is only an ornment without a practical knowledge the qualification is nothing. You have not mentioned about your orgnisaions strength. If your organisation is very big then you may approach your HOD and request , I am doing these these job works so please change my designation and shift into particular section. If your organisation is very small generally one can do multiple works. Latter if you are a graduate or postgraduate then you may increase your professional qualification and acquire knowledge from text books and implement in practicality in to your job. Then you will be professionaly "PERFECT WOMEN" in HR. (its my openion).
