To answer you question some more details about your current job-profile/salary/exp. etc. are required. If you are fresher, go ahead and join.

You take home salary would be around = 19,300 Rs. (If you submit a medical bill of Rs. 1250/month).

All the best..!!!

As Manoj rightly said Medical Reimbursement is something which needs bills to be submitted. If u fail to submit those bill then ur take home would be somewhere around 18k.
If u r working for a reputed concern then i dont find any reason for u to quit the job for a contract offer. One of my friend joined with Wipro on contract basis but inspite of his hard work he was not taken on roles and was asked to quit the company at the end of the contract period.
This is just my suggestion it is u who has to decide. Think twice and take decisions. It is just the matter of having faith in urself. Wish u luck.

Hi,
Referring to your query....I think you should not join if you are not out of job.....If fresher go ahead but if already working then do give it a second thought as it is a contractual based...which not a permanant job......
As far as the salary is concerend...I guess if you are new to this feild then you should pay attention to the profile rather then salary....Make your benchmarks first and then ask for hikes....
You would be on the rolls of RPO as offer letter is from them......
Hope this clears all...

I too agree with Shwetha. Do not join if you are settled with the current company.
Check with RPO, what would happen after the contract period..... If they give you a satisfactory answer like you will be on our roles or we will place you to some other company, then you can think of Joining.

Thanks to all of you for your valuable replies.............
This is further to my earlier message that i am working as an Executive- Back Office& Admin with a broking company, heaving 2 years exp. and getting 16500/-.
Shweta, if i will be on rolls of RPO, but my offer letter heaving the client's name where i have to join.(A is the RPO who gave me offer to join B company)
I am confused!!!!!!!!
As i mentioned i am not fresher ,the company where i am working id not a reputed concern bcoz of it's management and i am also not satisfied with my current job.
Now what should i do?????????
should i ask to RPO as Chaitra suggested?????

You can actually get it clarified by RPO itself as Chitra has suggested ...as I Agree with that ...and if it is mentioned that you have to join B company then i don't think you will be on rolls.............Other then that in my opinion just for a hike of 3000/- you should not switch to a contaract job......As it could be a nastly decision.........and can later hamper your growth.....
You should rather seek for a good opening other then this....Rest is your take on it.....i am not de moralizing you ...plz take the suggestion in a positive way.....
Do contact in case you are still in delimma

Hi Archana,
I will go with Shweta!
First thing, you will be under the payroll of RPO company and not the client.they may tell that once after this contract period, you will be still under their payroll... But the case may change later on... If they dont get a project in future, they may ask you to leave.
So its better to reject this offer and try for something else which adds worth to your professional growth.

the company where i am working is not a so good but from where i got an offer is the branded one.
i am so confused???????
i asked to RPO they told me that first 9 months i will be on contractual job after this if i perform well then i will be on rolls of b company which is the client of this RPO. If things will not gone as we are hoping than i will be on rolls of this RPO.
They assure me but still i m getting confused........
