Dear
with reference to above subject, if you are the contractor pls collect the Form V under Contracat labour act from your prinicipal Employer and fill the form IV in triplicate and attached with form V and apply in the Labour dept for labour license,
and
if you want to register your own esatablishment as a principal employer under contract labour act your have to fill the form 01 in triplicate and submit to labour dept for Registration certificate
and
if you want register the establishment as a manpower service provider , your have to register under shops and establishments act.
