Dear All Service Providers,
Hello all the manpower service providers. There is very good news for all of us who provide manpower in private companies or body corporates. Until 31/03/2015, we were paying 25% service tax for providing manpower services, and 75% was borne by the principal employer. But now, from 01-04-2015, there will be no service tax liability borne by the service provider as full reverse charge 100% service tax is liable to be paid to the government by the service receiver/principal employer/company/body corporate.
