What is your designation? What about you? Do you get paid weekly off or unpaid weekly off? Would you mind to quote an example wherein you have seen salary deduction takes place for a regular employee for a weekly off?

It appears to me that your query stems out of your preponderance. It seems that you look down upon a section of society who are economically weak. Paid weekly off is workers' legal right and not the employer's noblesse oblige.
