First thing you need to do is start looking for another job
It makes no sense to work for a company that is not able to pay salary for 3 months.
Even if you take help of labour commissioner, it is not a good idea to stay here

Hi Dear,
1. Tell to your employer politely that as an HR person i am holding attendance log which is the proof that working with you, if i go to labour commissioner along with all proof of documents than action will be seviour.
2. you can highlight weather he is paying PF and ESI to all workers? if not that is also a good proof and make you strong to get your salary.
3. Being an HR if you explain every +ve and -ve points to your employer that what impact he will face from labour commissioner if matter goes to him.definitely you will get your salary.
4. It is better to look for a new job, How you are there for 3 months?
