MR GEET SAINI,
YOUR PREVIOUS PF AMT TRANSFERRED TO WRONG ACCOUNT SO FIRST OF ALL YOU NEED TO WRITE A LETTER TO THE PF OFFICE OF BOTH THE COMPANY AND REQUEST FOR REVISED ANN K. ON THE BASIS OF REVISED ANN K THE PRESENT EMPLOYER PF OFFICE WILL CREDIT AMT. IN YOUR CORRECT PF. ONCE U RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THEN U SUBMIT WITHDRAWAL FORM IF U HV LEFT THE PRESENT COMPANY.

Dear Geet,
It seems that PF nos.216 & 309 of same Company. If yes, obtain a letter from yr co. stating it was typographical mistake and as per Co. record correct no. is 216 & not 309. After accepting Co.'s letter, PF dept. will transfer the amount from 309 to 216. After getting confirmation about transfer, you can submit Form19 & 10c for withdrawal.
Hope this will workout

Dear Geet Saini,
I hope you should have understood clearly want went wrong and how it should be resolved/corrected. I think your first job should be to correct the mistakes and get your previous accumulations credited to your current EPF A/c. with the present employer. After ensuring this, better you should consult the PF office whether you are eligible to apply for "Part Final Withdrawal" on the grounds of your ensuing marriage as you are in the continuous employment and got the transfer of PF balances to the present a/c and your contributions currently is on regular basis without interruptions/closure. Let the 'Bhavisha Nidhi propel your wedding'. Best wishes for a happy married life to you both.
