There is more to it than simple transfer orders to be issued to the concerned. Assuming all terms and conditions are the same as existing, legally you should get a document duly concurring this arrangement from the concerned personnel. There are also other issues to be determined like:
i) continuity of service
ii) carrying forward of accumulated leave(s) and other benefits not utilized so far, bonus
iii) assessment and resultant increments and fixation, promotion opportunities, seniority if any, and so on.
