Hi All,
I am a fresher, i'm working in a software company in bangalore for last four months. Now that my mom has a health issue, she has to moved to chennai for treatment, so i need to get a transfer from bangalore to chennai to help my mom. Our company is located in chennai as well. How to write a letter requesting transfer to chennai for this reason.

Dear Sir,
I am Kejal Shah, Working as a Accounts Officer last 4 year in Pvt Company, but my resigonal accountant come to my office and asked my reignation, but i am not given to you resignation so company appoint new branch accountant and side line to us, than company issue of show case notice & raised 8 points, so we have appoint advocate & legal process than company accepted his mistak. but not give me salary increement....so company my transfer other branch....... i am not agree so what can i do... becouse my father / mother health is not good so i am not accepted tranfer.. and company transfer letter issue to us becouse resignation purpose.....
Pls guid to us and drfating letter formate...
