As per Vision - 2022 by PM, ESI Corporation, Head Quarters, New Delhi had already taken action for implementing ESI schemes in all areas of all districts. A circular to this effect had already been sent by ESI HQ to Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary to all State Governments.
