Please find attached a circular from ESIC HQ dated 01.07.2020, extending the time for filling contributions for the period ended in March 2020.
As per the circular, you can now submit the RCC up to 15.07.2020 for the contribution period from October 2019 to March 2020.

When the ESI Corporation issues a circular to extend the deadline for filing the contribution return, it becomes mandatory. In the portal, there is a provision to click for submitting the RCC. If you click it after the submission date, you will receive a message indicating the number of days the submission is delayed.

As per the notification, Employers, upon filing the ESI contribution, have now further extended the return of contributions until 15th July 2020 for the contribution period from October 2019 to March 2020. For more details, please refer to the attached notification.
