As per Vision 2022 by the Prime Minister, the ESI Corporation Headquarters in New Delhi has already taken action to implement ESI schemes in all districts. A circular regarding this matter has been sent by the ESI HQ to the Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary of all State Governments (Ref No. 15/14/03/PP/2020-P&D dated 23/10/2020 by the Additional Commissioner - P&D of ESI Corporation Headquarters, New Delhi).
Therefore, you should contact the ESI Corporation's office in your area to confirm the implementation of the scheme in your area and make decisions accordingly.
