Hi everyone, I am pursuing my Internship in Videocon and the topic I selected is HR Operations. Please tell me how to proceed for this.
I also want to know, does HR Operations also include recruitment, training & development, onboarding process, employee engagement, etc.
Please give some input for the same.

Dear Amrita,
HR Operations you may undertsnd as a complete HR Life Cycle -Procurment upto Seperation.
You may choose any of the method to demostatte it through flow chat or process flow chat or any other forms.
You should briefly but precisiely explain diffrent constraints its boundaries, SOP etc for each activity in process to carry out HR Operations in context of company on which you are wokring your project

You need to cover all aspects and activities prominient in nature.You should not empahisis any particular actvities even then if you feel to highlight only because of its impact of overall HR Operations activies then you may elobrate the same.

First u can prepare writings on the company :Videocon; the company-when it started,its business,other divisions etc.And then u can refer some HR books and write about HR operations (in general) in companies. Then u can elaborate on Videocon's major HR functions & conclude.Yes,You need to mention all HR activities (not in detail ).
