Wat are the ways to Join corporate,are there any companies who hire graduates as Hr Trainees????
I am working with the recruitment firm with two years and having an experience of almost every industry and eagerly wishing to join Corporate.
Please Guide me Accordingly so that before its late i should take the measurably steps.

1. As you told you have the experience in recruitment firm, so better you can do your carrier in same field, if you are interested to switch for Hr. Executive then you should need experience and practical work knowledge on HR functions and its very complicated to get job in HR field at present scenario without experience.
2. And you are graduate so you have two ways
either you do your carrier as recruiter else complete your Post-graduation in HR specialization and then try......

Thanks for your valuable consideration to my post Sir but in continuation to that I am a final year student MBA(IGNOU), And moreover i don't wanna go in hard core recruitment, It taught me everything but its not my cup of tea.I need guidance as is there are companies who hire freshers Generalists(Hr Trainee) in there organization???? or any way around i can join corporate,as if i wait for my MBA to be completed and worked for 1yr more in recruitment then i have no other option left to else choose recruitment, which i don't want at any cost.

Thanks for your valuable consideration to my post Sir but in continuation to that I hire for nnnn.... number of domain(IT/Health care/BFSI/Automobile/courier & Cargo etc.)
and that too on PAN India,I do have some openings but they are for south or east India, constraint being my family won't allow me for relocation.So i am bounded that i have to find it in Delhi NCR.

Public sector undertakings like banks/insurance recruit freshers for HR-trainee posts.They advertise the posts. watch out for them. You can also try retail corporates in private sector who also go in for appointment of management trainees.Try these avenues.All the best.
