FIrst you have to implement the system requirement inline with ISO 9001:2008 standard
you can get the teh ISO 9001:2008 standard of Inndian version in Local BIS office
go through teh requirement and
Determine through Level 1 document - Quality system Manaul
during determination - identify the list of processes in your organisation and map the sequence of interaction
and find out process performance measure, define you rquality policy, objective as short and long term business goal and map it with process performance measures
Establish through Level 2 document - Quality system Procedure
Implement through Level 3 document - WOrk instrouctions and SOP's
Maintain through Level 4 document - Record, CHeck sheets and formats
Train some of your people in Internal Auditing
conduct Internal Audit with your trained peoples
conduct Management review and find out any changes required to QMS and Resource requirement for the organisation
conduct the required corrective and preventive action and make the continual imporvement process kicked off
