Dear Ms Preeti Gupta,

Before you ask this question, ask yourself, is my organisation a training organisation? What kind of training practices are following in my organisation? Though learning is far more than training, training is the first step towards learning.

You can refer the following book. In the first chapter, excellent difference is given on "learning" and "training". The book also has got the audit check list to check the current learning practices in the company.

Increasing Profitability by the Effective use of Learning by Pat Hedges published by Kogan Page.

You can refer the book and bring the changes in your company. However, it would require lot of commitment from your top management.

If you wish to avail of my consulting services, it would be my pleasure to provide these. I am into training and development for the last decade and have provided training services to 20+ industries that covered 55+ companies.

To make you aware of my training activities, I have attached my Training e-Brochures to this post. In case if you are not able to download, you can <link outdated-removed> to download these.

Thanks,

Dinesh V Divekar
