get in touch with Bureau of Indian standards, small cos are eligible for a 75000/- drawback from the govt too.
send a couple of your executives or yourself for a internal auditor training from STQC (check website for details). it is a 3 day training, cost apprx 5000/-

which iso package you are refereing? like 9000 series is for quality, 14000 series for environment.

If you are base at Mumbai, you can get list of conusltant from just dial services, put your requirement with just dial and they will send details to all consultant across the city
Recenlty we had done the same and we had recived call from several consultant and they he explain the details formation of ISO 9000
in fact we had received first price for total certificatisation & training few days back for Rs. 1,75,000/- which thanks to just dial I had taken the same package at Rs. 30,000/- (becuase almost 25 consultant visit us - compitation ka jamana hai )
