Manit Upadhyaya
Hello,
I am currently on a summer project with IBM where I am required to study the attrition trends and devise retention strategies. I have to benchmark IBM trends with Accenture, Wipro and Infosys and come out with a structured list of strategies. Can someone please help me with the data. Time is running out and I'm frustrated.
Thanks
Manit

Do study on the reason behind attrition,
Then find out the ways how to retain them, hat motivates employees mostly, find out whether money, sense of belonging, competition,
reasin for attrition can be that , landing in wrong job, which is not suitable to person, then think of job change in same organization,
Communication is lacking betwen HR and Employees, Hr should be in touch with employees by some activities or some programmes
