Dear HR Fraternity,
Vide Notification CLA-10/2014/CR 264/Lab-10 dated 01.06.2015, GOM amended the rules under CLRA Act 1970.
While reading one private circulation today afternoon I came to know about this.
I tried to search the said notification at various sources on-line and off-line but in vain.
GOM - official website MAHAKAMGAR also has not uploaded this notification. In this site under the head - "Contract License in 7 Days", the notification uploaded is of Shops and Establishment Act wrongly.
Can anybody trace out this notification and make it available to this forum?

Dear HR Fraternity,
While going through the latest notification uploads in official website of Maharashtra Govt. Labour Deptt , we couldn't find the latest notification copy issued on 1st June'15,in stead the notification under Shops & Establishment Act is uploaded ,with heading " Contract License in 7 Days".
This official we site is earlier as Mahashram , not it's seems Maha- be-shram.
Hope the concerned Govt. officials of Labour Dept will awaken and upload the appropriate circular /notification henceforth .
Thanks,

Dear HR Fraternity,

Implementation of the notification is made.

Labour office started issuing the licence / rc almost in one day. But when?

The office accept the application only when you fulfill the needs of officer till then your application is not accepted.

Once you fulfull the needs of the officer, your application is accepted and on same day the licence / rc is issued to you.

It is shown on government records that licence / rc is issued on the spot. WAH...WAH... WAH...

Corruption is not came down. It will not come down. Why?

You can save your money on security deposit.

Security deposit is increased to 500 per labour from 100 per labour.

You tell the officer that you can not pay this huge amount and pay to you too.

He will give you solution.

Instead of licence for 500 he will advise you to take licence for 50.

He will also tell you, you don't worry, he will be there with you. WAH RE WAH.....

I know that this fraternity is not going to discuss on this topic and register their feeling and views.

JAB TAK DENE WALA HAI TAB TAK LENE WALA HOGA HI.

But can one refuse to give??? And that too, he wants to do the business???

There is no place for corruption in India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in his Independence Day address to the nation, today.
“Corruption is like a termite, it spreads slowly, reaches everywhere but it can be beaten with timely injections,” he said.
Modi also declared that there had been no allegation of corruption against his government since it came to power 15 months ago.

Dear anonymous
This is not a political forum or an anti corruption brigade.
We are here to discuss HR related issues, to learn and get information that helps us in our work life.
We all know about corruption in the system. You live or fight is your choice, putting 10 posts here accusing PM is not going to help or interest members. Specially when you don't have guts to even disclose your identity.
The online system does not work. So, simple, send your application by registered post. The deeming provision applies from the day the same was received by the department.
And yes, if you want to save money by showing lesser persons on your license, you can do that by bribing the officer, then why complain about the corruption that you are your self creating. And yes, if you are stupid to take lower license and your principal employer is also stupid to accept it, then it's your risk.
Corruption is always there as long as you are willing to support it.
