The candidate would be assisting in the recruitment process & will be trained in end to end recruitment cycle for the IT Sector for some of the Fortune 500 Clients of ours

Compensation:
- No stipend will be provided during the tenure of the 3 Month’s Project Duration (Based on the performance metrics Planman Consulting may/may not provide a Project Bonus at the end of the Quarter)
- On successful completion of the project, each Trainee shall receive a Certificate stating that they completed an internship with us along with the details
- On the basis of the performance, few candidates might be taken on our direct contract for the next 3 months. During this contract period, they would be paid a nominal stipend (at the sole discretion of the management)
- After the completion of first 6 months, based on the performance for the entire tenure, we might absorb them on our rolls (at the sole discretion of the management). From this point on, they would be considered as our regular employees and would be eligible for all the benefits / incentives
- Please note that there would be no obligation / promise from Planman Consulting on hiring the trainees as full time employees at any point. This arrangement would be completely based on the overall performance and the market scenario

- We would also consider Management Graduates who have completed their course ( with min 60% marks ) and are looking for jobs
