Hello,
Your post does not elaborate why you have only 6 months expereince when you completed MBA three years back. Was this due to marriage or other family responsibility?
Secondly, why do more courses when you already have an MBA.Courses will be useful only when you have work experience.MBA is enough to get you started and grow in your career.
There are many opportunities available within HR e.g.Recruitment,Payroll,Compliance,Employee Engagement,Training etc.
Hope you find this useful.

Hello,
The above information was very useful thank you.. Due to some responsiblities could not continue to work, but now we are moving to Australia and I want to start with my career. Thus wanted to know how can I begin with. As I have taken a long gap wanted to know should I start working directly in Australia or do some course and then begin.

Well,
If you already have experience into HR, than there is not need of doing any course.. You just need to update yourself regarding HR laws, labour laws, PF etc and current news and updates into different sectors..
So there is nothing to worry about, be confident and move ahead to get the job..
Wish u all the best :)
Thanks & Regards,
