Am doing my internship in one of the MNC. Were I have got a project of identifying the process of recruitment of different companies like britannia, parle, infosys, wipro and so on. And then to do comparative analysis of those different companies process of recruitment. And then to prepare a recruitment manual
So could u please help me out in suggesting some technique to do this project

hey while checking the various trends also note the trend of hiring through social networking sites like linkdin and facebook.The recruitment through social networking sites is aroun 5% of the total recruitment and it is increasing..
Also you can find thto increasibng trend of interviewing through video conferencing due increasing overseas recruitment...If i found my project on it i will send you..tc.
