Hi everyone,
I was working in a consultancy as a HR Recruiter and now want to move in some corporate house in Hardcore HR. So, I want to know why Recruitment not come under Hardcore HR. Everyone says that there is a thin line between the two. Can anyone let me know about that Thin line.
Thanks

Hi Ruchy
In part of recruitment you will be engaged only into end-end process of recruitment.
But where-in the role of Hard Core HR includes as Appraisals, Counselling, Policy Making, T&D, etc....
That's the reason many of the organisations won't consider Recruitment experience for hard core HR

Hello Ruchy,
I go with the words of Jeevarathnam. however if you are keen in entering into the arena of hard core HR, it is highly possible, try to learn thr things that are followed by the hard core HR's. Interact with them and get the guidance of them. Above all it is the selliing technique that you adapt to win in interviews.
all the best.
